Shaker Control for Intermittent Dust Collector
The replacement of electromechanical timers with solid-state switching of the shakers that prevents baghouses and cartridge filters from premature blinding. The NCC Model T2101 control offers repeatable solid-state timing logic and low power consumption. Designed for intermittent type dust collection systems, the shaker coil is activated after the fan motor is turned off. Upon removing power from the fan, a two-minute delay is initiated. At the end of the delay, the shaker output is activated for an adjustable period of 1.8 seconds to 3 minutes. When fan turns on again, the control resets.
